Get Started

  • Once you've completed the Get Started form below, our team will get in touch to arrange a visit or an online demonstration.
  • After you've had a demonstration we'll send you:
    • a service agreement
    • our tailoring questionnaire
    • login details to our demo website (containing the core set of policies and procedures).
  • Once you're ready to commit, sign and post or email the service agreement to us. 
  • You can then start to complete the online tailoring questionnaire which tells us what's unique about your practice. At this point you will be engaging with some of the core content and using information from your existing set of policies and procedures to populate the questionnaire.
  • When the questionnaire is completed, the GPDocs team will create a tailored website for your practice. Building your website usually takes about four weeks from the time you complete the questionnaire.
  • Once we've finished the draft website, we'll ask you to read through the content and check that it's correct for your practice. This step will typically involve largely the practice manager, but also key members of the practice team.
  • When you're satisfied with the content we will make your website available to the wider practice team, and provide training.
  • Once the team is using GPDocs, you join our monthly review process. We'll also keep you up to date with any changes to legislation or quality standards.
By signing up to GPDocs, you agree to the terms and conditions of the service agreement. You agree to pay the subscription price annually when invoiced.

If you decide to exit the service, GPDocs will supply a Word version of the policy-and-procedure document set for you to maintain and manage – with the expectation that “© GPDocs Ltd” is displayed prominently wherever they are used.
